Landscaping
Undeveloped urban wastelands or used as easements or large public squares are in many cases abandoned or poorly maintained. This is a big problem encountered by urban communities responsible for city development. The architect first observes the location of the spaces concerned and the use made of them by the populations.
After a careful analysis of all the potential of the site, it can direct the project owner towards a development project which better organizes the space in order to optimize the function already allocated by the population. The architect is also likely to advise better use of the site by changing its function and the activities it offers in the surrounding urban fabric.
