Abraham KONAN is a graduated of the Higher Technician Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building option, from the Special School of Building and Public Works of Yamoussoukro.

It was in 2016 that he began his professional career within WACI. He has acquired solid experience in the development of technical plans and in the administrative procedures applying for building construction permits.
