Recognizing the power of each person: You have a role to play

The ethical behavior of our people is the foundation of our success; our reputation as individuals and as a Firm depends on it. We deeply believe that every member of the Firm wants to act ethically and make the right choices. But in today’s complex world, the path forward is not always clear.

The Firm’s Code of Ethics aims to help each of us adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and to guide us in our choices. It includes the ethical rules and values that are common to the Order of Architects. It reflects the culture, laws and regulations that are specific to Côte d’Ivoire. It sets out the Firm’s policy and its application to various situations.

Built on our proven ability to help each other do the right thing, the Code of Ethics is not intended to replace the distinctive values of WACI’s culture – sound judgment and open consultation – and it cannot cover every situation. If the path forward is not clear, or if you witness a violation of the Code, we encourage you to speak up and use your individual power to make a difference.

 When each of us adheres to our ethical standards, together we transform the power of each into collective power. Like pillars placed side by side, we reinforce our shared values and fortify the structure that is our Firm. Our collective determination to follow the right path will make WACI a model of integrity and quality, now and in the future.
